Hi

I found the only thing that that has helped my PMS is Prozac (Fluoxetine). But the downside is the side effects. Absolutely no sex drive and a general "numbness" and lack of emotion. I tried Setraline and Citalopram but they didn't really make any difference.

I really don't want to back on the Prozac so am currently exploring homeopathic options - tried the Agnus Castus, Vitamin B6, St. John's Wort to no avail but thinking an appt to a homeopath to make up something specifically for me may be worth it.

Has anyone any success stories with this?

Deborah

Hi, I, new to this forum so apologies for any mistakes which I make. Ask your GP to try an 'SNRI' rather than an SSRI, All ssri's which I tried made me worse or stop working after a few months. The snri's I've tried are reboxetine and now I'm on duloxetine 40mg which just takes the edge of some of my pmdd symptoms.
Hope this helps x
