I've tried contraceptive pills, supplements, a vegan diet, exercise, relaxation, and I've just started taking a very low dose (2mg) of Prozac a day, with the plan to increase this if necessary. I would love to find a 'natural' cure, but I'm starting to accept that this might not be possible!
