Hi, I'm currently being treated with antidepressents. I have also added regular exercise. Im going to look at my diet next. My problem will be I do like crisps & chocolate. Everything I've read seems to say cut out salt & sugar. Any ideas please for snack replacements when I really need a bag of crisps or bar of galaxy! Thank you

I don't follow a particular PMS diet, i just do weight watchers instead - i always get a sweet tooth just before i'm due on and meringue, greek style yoghurt and strawberries always helps!
